ORGANIC RAW KOMBUCHA
This delicious, naturally sparkling tea has been crafted from the finest organic ingredients and carefully cultured for just the right amount of time to minimize sugar and maximize bubbles.
Naturally occurring strands of the culture may appear in the bottle and are a sign of healthy, raw Kombucha tea. Our Kombucha tea is made from green tea leaves, organic cane sugar and fruit or vegetable juices.
The end result is a soda like beverage that is naturally low in sugar, contains antioxidants, B vitamins and tastes fantastic!
WHAT’S IN IT?
We base our product on Reverse Osmosis (R/O) water to ensure ultimate purity.
The Kombucha Culture that works its magic on our tea to create bubbles and flavour is a special blend of beneficial bacteria and yeast that coexist in what is called the SCOBY (Symbiotic Colony of Bacteria and Yeast).
We carefully source our flavour juices from suppliers of the highest quality that can guarantee organic and fair trade production.
We use only organic cane sugar that is made from certified organic sugar cane grown in Paraguay. The cane juice, rich in molasses, is extracted, clarified, evaporated and crystallized all on the same day it is harvested. The result is a blond-colored, delicious and natural organic sugar.
ORGANIC CANE SUGAR
We source the finest organic green Sencha tea leaves. Sencha is made from the first tender leaves of the tea plant. The leaves are harvested in early summer, steamed, twisted and dried.
